Administration – Enrolment and Annual Renewal
- All new cadets joining the Sea Cadet Program must complete the admin process in order to participate.
- Cadet will meet other cadet youth participating in positive cadet training activities.
- Cadet will be provided with a uniform. Appointment will be scheduled for uniform measurement and issue.

New Cadets – New Enrolment
- New enrolment in the Sea Cadet Program with 139 Sea, RCSCC ILLUSTRIOUS will start 9 September 2025.
- All new cadets must bring a parent, health card and proof of age (birth certificate, passport, citizenship card).
- Cadets must review and complete the Code of Conduct.
- All new cadets joining the Cadet Program must complete the admin process in order to participate.
- Online registration is required for new cadets (prior to or during admin night).
Returning Cadets – Annual Renewal
- All returning cadets must bring a parent and health card.
- Cadets must review and complete the Code of Conduct.
