- New Sea Cadet Enrolment (New Cadets)
- Cadet Annual Renewal (Returning Cadets)
All new cadets and returning cadets must complete the admin process in order to participate.
- Cadets will meet other cadet youth participating in positive cadet training activities.
- Cadet will be measured for a uniform. Future appointment will be scheduled for uniform fitting and issue (Approx 8 weeks / subject to clothing supply).

2000 (8pm) - Commanding Officer / Navy League Briefing
2100 (9pm) - Admin End

New Cadet Enrolment (New Cadets)
- New enrolment in the Sea Cadet Program with 139 Sea, RCSCC ILLUSTRIOUS will start 15 Sep 2026.
- All new cadets must bring a parent, health card and proof of age (Example: birth certificate, passport, citizenship card etc.)
- Cadets must review and complete the Code of Conduct
- All new cadets must complete the admin process in order to participate.
- Online registration is recommended prior to admin night.
Returning Cadets / Annual Renewal
- All returning cadets must bring a parent / guardian
- Review / Update cadet / family contact information (Example: Address, cadet phone number, email address, etc.)
- Bring your health card
- Complete the Code of Conduct
