Tue 8 Sep 2026 – Cadet Annual Renewal (Returning Cadets)
- All currently registered cadets must renew each training year.
- Conducted in-person only.
- Must be complete for cadet to continue participation in the Cadet Program.
- Includes review and update of contact information, code of conduct and CO Briefing.
- All returning cadets must bring a parent / guardian
- Review / Update cadet / family contact information (Example: Address, cadet phone number, email address, etc.)
- Review / Update basic health information
- Bring your health card
- Complete the Code of Conduct
Tue 15 Sep 2026 – New Cadet Enrolment (Invitation) and Annual Renewal (Returning Cadets)
New Cadet Enrolment
– Invitation Email – An invitation email will be sent to new cadets upon availability of space to join the corps.
Staff will continue to monitor online applications and provide email communications to applicants.
– All new cadets must bring a parent, health card and proof of age (Example: birth certificate, passport, citizenship card etc.)
– Cadets must review and complete the Code of Conduct
– New cadets must complete the in-person admin process in order to participate in the Cadet Program.
– Online registration is required prior to admin night.
Cadet Annual Renewal (Returning Cadets) – Continued
- All currently registered cadets must renew each training year.
- See above notes.

Online Registration – Join the Cadet Program
- Unit Name: 139 ILLUSTRIOUS, ROYAL CANADIAN SEA CADET CORPS
- Email Address: Enter your personal email address
- Click “Start new application”. Provide cadet email address, cadet phone number, other info.
- Online Applications may be submitted and will be placed on a waiting list.
- Once openings are available, corps staff will send an invitation email to complete cadet in-person registration.
