REMINDER
Arrival time at armory for saterday is 0715
Departure is 0745.
Dress for staff is STU, for teams civilian.
Dress for the weather, there will be a 2k walk to the mess from the competition venue… appropriate foot wear is recomended.
Diet for comp… no caffeine or concentrated sugars,eg power drinks, pop, tea ,coffee ect.
